Mrs Dixon won £1,000
'I was in a store a few years ago and a lady asked me if I was interested in joining the Pink Ribbon Lottery. My friend had died aged 38 years old some years before, leaving two young children, and I agreed to join the lottery. In April 2019 I was diagnosed with hormone related breast cancer and a DCIS. This required two operations and fifteen rounds of radiotherapy. I am on a course of Letrozole for five years. I'm very grateful for all the support and research by Breast Cancer Now. I rarely win anything, so I was delighted to receive your cheque! I plan to use the money to buy some furniture for my new summerhouse.'
Mrs Townsend won £1,000

Mr Jackson won £1,000
'It's always great to be in with a chance of winning some money, however much the amount maybe, but knowing that I am contributing to a great cause every week brings lots of satisfaction too'
Mrs Kingston won £1,000
'I have had two friends diagnosed with breast cancer recently. They need help - that's why I play the Pink Ribbon Lottery. I'll spend my prize money on my trip to Canada to see friends for the first time in 11 years! Thank you'
Mrs Brown won £1,000
'I signed up to the lottery when out Christmas shopping last year. I was at a loss as to what to buy a friend, when I saw the Pink Ribbon Lottery. As a cancer survivor herself I knew she would appreciate me putting money to research in her name. I decided to sign up for myself as well at the same time, committing to giving just £1 a week is such an easy thing to do to support such a worthy cause and of course there is always a chance of winning! I was shocked to receive my cheque, what a lovely surprise in such a crazy year!'
Ms Bancroft won £1,000
'I was absolutely thrilled to receive my cheque from the Pink Ribbon Lottery – it was such a lovely surprise and I have never won anything before! Having been successfully treated for low grade breast cancer myself, playing the Pink Ribbon Lottery is my way of trying to give back.'
